You can request a return for an item within 14 days of receiving the package.
NOTE: you can proceed only and exclusively if the goods have not been used, soiled or damaged and are still intact in their original packaging with all their parts present.

Our offices will verify the eligibility of the requested return or refund.
CONFIRM BY EMAIL
If the product meets the requirements, you will receive a confirmation email with the return instructions within a few days.
📦 🚚 Only after receiving our confirmation via email, you will have to send the goods to be returned via courier with traceable shipping at your expense , inserting the well-packaged products in the package and a note with your name and reference order number.
💬 As soon as we receive the package, we will contact you to agree on the method of refunding the value of the returned products or the possible replacement of the products (in case of replacement with other products, the shipping costs would remain at your expense).
