We recommend that you notify us by phone at least 1 hour before your arrival so that we do not make you wait for the preparation. Collection is required within one month of its fulfillment.

The courier usually makes one delivery attempt ; if for any reason this cannot be done (missing recipient, incorrect address, etc.) a notice is left with instructions for re-delivery.
Even if the return is not successful, the goods will remain in storage. It is superfluous but necessary to remember that all this has a cost, which however does not weigh on the customer but is charged to the sender.
Therefore, please ensure that someone is present at the time of delivery to collect the order and that they have the total amount due (if cash on delivery). There is nothing to stop you from assigning someone else in your family, or a helpful neighbor, or even having the goods delivered to another address, such as your workplace or that of a trusted person.
It is essential to enter as much information as possible when ordering and to check whether the names on the doorbell correspond to the person ordering. The more information you provide, the better we will be able to serve you!

- Prices vary based on weight and shipping area . ATTENTION the actual cost of shipping is calculated separately and not during checkout. When you create the order you will not be charged anything , only after preparing the package our staff will send you an email with the amount for shipping. In this way you will have the correct total without additional costs and you can pay it with the payment method you prefer.

ACCEPTANCE OF GOODS
What to do before signing the transport document (with the courier still present):
- Check the number of packages you are receiving: it must be the same as that indicated on the transport document (or courier delivery note).
- Check the labels on the packages: they must show the correct name and address.
- Check the external condition of the packages: they must not show any damage or have been tampered with (e.g. closed with non-original but carrier tape, damaged packaging, etc.).
IF YOU FIND AN ANOMALY:
collect the goods anyway and sign the transport document (delivery note or, if the carrier does not provide for it, the delivery note) adding RESERVATION and specifying the type of anomaly found (e.g. reservation for 2 missing packages - reservation for package with damaged cardboard).
